Model Solutions focuses on how changes to processes and the

of Sir Michael Latham's catalytic report of 1994 and the subsequent
Rethinking Construction
report by Sir John Egan in 1998.
One of the key players in procuring and delivering projects using
this new methodology is BAA. Model Solutions are currently engaged
on BAA's landmark project, Heathrow airport Terminal 5. Model
Solutions have developed a number of 3D Modelling and Integration
tools for the T5 Single Model Environment and are instrumental in
the configuration and implementation of ADT.
